Xccelerated AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), operates Voxbee (voxbee.ai), an AI-powered platform for dubbing, translation, and voice content creation, including Direct Dub, Dub Studio, Lip Sync, Text to Speech, and Video Captions. We are committed to protecting your personal data under the DIFC Data Protection Law 2020 (DPL), EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and other applicable laws. By using Voxbee, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Cookies Policy, and Ethical Guidelines.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number (optional), billing address (for paid subscriptions), job role, company name (optional), Google login information, payment details (processed securely via Stripe), and user-generated content (videos, text, files).
- Voice Data and Cloned Voices: Audio recordings created in-app by reading text for Voice Cloning (no uploads allowed), AI-generated cloned voices, and consent records (in-app and written for third-party voices).
- Technical and Analytics Information: IP address, browser type, device type, approximate geolocation, session data, feature usage (e.g., Direct Dub, Lip Sync), and analytics data tracked via Amplitude and Google Analytics (subject to cookie consent).
2. How We Collect Information
- Direct input during registration, onboarding forms, and subscription purchases.
- Platform interactions including use of Voice Cloning, AI Marketplace, and support chats.
- In-app voice recordings with explicit consent prompts, collected before processing.
- Third-party integrations (Google for login, Stripe for payments, Amplitude for analytics, Intercom for support, Cloudflare for security).
- Cookies, pixels, and automated data collection as per our Cookies Policy.
- Server logs capturing technical data and usage events automatically.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide services including dubbing, lip syncing, captions, and AI-powered features.
- Manage accounts, subscriptions, and billing via Stripe.
- Improve platform features using aggregated analytics (Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Offer customer support through Intercom or email.
- Send updates, offers, or targeted ads (with prior consent, where required).
- Ensure compliance, fraud detection, and secure access (Google reCAPTCHA, Stripe fraud prevention).
- Process recordings to create Cloned Voices and manage AI Marketplace transactions under Ethical Guidelines.
4. Sharing of Information
- Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Amplitude (analytics), Google (login & analytics), Intercom (support), Cloudflare (security). Bound by strict Data Processing Agreements to comply with DIFC DPL and GDPR.
- AI Marketplace: Shared with buyers/licensees only with your explicit consent under licensing terms.
- Legal Authorities: Disclosures required by law or legal proceedings (DIFC DPL, GDPR, CCPA).
- Corporate Transactions: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, with safeguards to protect your data.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance user experience, remember preferences, analyze performance, and serve personalized ads. You may withdraw consent at any time via account settings or by contacting support@voxbee.ai without affecting prior lawful processing.
Under DIFC DPL (Article 14), GDPR (Articles 15–22), CCPA, and LGPD, you have the right to:

- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of non-essential data (e.g., voice recordings, analytics data).
- Restriction: Limit processing of your data under certain conditions.
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing for marketing or analytics.
- Automated Decision-Making: Opt-out of solely automated decisions (not used by Voxbee).
- CCPA-Specific Rights: Request disclosure of data sold/shared (we do not sell data) or opt-out of future sales (if applicable).

7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account & Billing Data: Retained up to 3 months post-account termination for legal and auditing purposes (e.g., DIFC DPL, tax compliance).
- Voice Recordings: Stored until you delete them or withdraw consent, unless legally required to retain.
- Analytics Data: Retained up to 14 months (Amplitude) or 26 months (Google Analytics).
- Support Records: Retained for 12 months post-interaction.

- Encryption in transit and at rest (SSL/TLS, AES-256).
- Multi-Factor Authentication for account access.
- Role-based access controls and strict internal policies.
- Regular vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and audits.
- Hosting with certified cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Fraud prevention using Stripe tools and Google reCAPTCHA.
8. Data Security
We implement organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:
- Encryption (in transit and at rest)
- Access control and monitoring
- Secure cloud storage
- Regular audits and security reviews
However, no system is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and do not share account credentials.
9. International Data Transfers
Data may be transferred outside the DIFC or your jurisdiction (e.g., to the US or EU). We use DIFC-approved agreements, GDPR-compliant Standard Contractual Clauses, encryption, and pseudonymization to ensure compliance.
10. Children’s Privacy
Voxbee is not intended for users under 16 (or 13 in US jurisdictions under COPPA). If we detect data from minors, we delete it immediately. Parents or guardians can request deletion by contacting support@voxbee.ai.

Billing disputes must be reported within 15 days (payments are non-refundable but credits may be offered at our discretion, subject to Stripe’s dispute process).
